An Older Kasumi 'Misty'

Cool. My first "deviation". The character is Kasumi (Misty) from Pokemon. Like with many of my drawings, I tend to change their looks a lot until I am pleased with the outcome. The line-art was made on the computer, and then it was colored with color pencils. I'm working on CGing it now with Photoshop. I'm not very good with Photoshop yet, so it becomes quite frustrating especially when I can't figure out how to make a certain 'area' look the way I want it too.
